These first time homebuyers reached out to me to help them find their first property within their budget and with good bones. Uncertain on where they wanted to land, we explored our options in both San Jose and on the coast until we found their forever home right by the ocean. Though it took over a year, it was worth the wait to find the home they'll build their life in.

These clients urgently needed a rental to move into so they could sell their home. With specific criteria and a desired timeline, they asked me to help them find their next landing spot. We toured a handful of homes and eventually found the right fit. They were thrilled and able to reach their home-selling goals shortly afterward.

After just one private group tour with our most qualified prospects, we found a great fit for this home. The lease was signed within four days of listing and we got an above-asking-price offer!

January 2025 - Purchase

These first time homebuyers were relocating from out of state and needed a home as soon as possible. Their parents and I toured a handful of homes with them over Facetime and found a beautifully updated home with good bones within one month of starting the search. We competed with two other groups and secured the home with enticing terms. My clients are thrilled and love the place they now call home.
